    I do have problems with bingeing on unhealthy foods like ice cream and cupcakes and chips, but when I tried banning myself from eating any of those foods at all I'd give in after a couple of days and end up feeling bad about myself for not being able to resist these foods. I have started transitioning to veganism and that is kind of helping because even though I'm not vegan yet, I'm mainly eating vegan food right now, so I'm staying away from a lot of the foods that I binge on because most of them aren't vegan (the rest of my family has no intention of going vegan so they aren't buying vegan ice cream). I am really determined to be healthy on a vegan diet because the thought of continuing to support the meat, dairy and egg industries for the rest of my life makes me uncomfortable and I want to make sure I can actually stay vegan for the rest of my life, so that has kind of motivated me to try and make healthier choices and cut down on the bingeing. It is really difficult though. I've had kind of a shitty relationship with food for a while.

For productive life, we need consistency in our actions. Gut health is crucial to overall health. We must eat healthily and do any kind of activity from small walks to gym classes.

  31. I guess that it’s better to cut out on certain food groups like carbohydrates as they just turn to sugar and just make me feel fatigued. And have that chocolate, but I guess why not make it at home ?

    Great tips, I agree on all of them! There are some on there that I need to work on for next year for sure. Especially the Take time off (I tend to overwork myself with non-work related personal projects) and sweat it off. I've started a running routine once a week last year, and I think it would be good for me to work out twice a week.
